Directions by MARTA Bus 23 - Arts Center Sta. / Lenox Sta. Travels along Peachtree Road between Arts Center Station (North rail line and Northeast rail line) and Lenox Station (Northeast rail line to Doraville), Just south of Lenox Station the bus passes Buckhead Station (North rail line to North Springs). Get off the #23 at the corner of Peachtree Street and Buckhead Avenue. Walk one block to the library. Bus 38 - Chastain The #38 goes between Lindbergh Station (North rail line and Northeast rail line) to the south and the Chastain Park and Roswell Road area to the north. In central Buckead it goes up Pharr Road a block away from Buckhead Ave. Bus 40 - West Paces Ferry The #40 goes between Lindbergh Station (North rail line and Northeast rail line) and the West Paces/Howell Mill area to the north. In central Buckead it goes up Buckhead Ave. It runs only once an hour and has no Saturday or Sunday service. Back to top | Marta home page Directions by car From NORTH of the Branch Go South on Peachtree Street. Turn left onto Buckhead Avenue. Cross Bolling Way. Library is in the second block on the right at 269 Buckhead Avenue. The street before Buckhead Avenue is East Paces Ferry Road; the street after is Pharr Road. From SOUTH of the Branch Go North on Peachtree Street. Turn right onto Buckhead Avenue. Cross Bolling Way. Library is in the second block on the right at 269 Buckhead Avenue. The street before Buckhead Avenue is Pharr Road, the street after is East Paces Ferry Road. From EAST of the Branch There isn't any major East/West access to the branch. If approaching from the east, one would probably be coming off of Piedmont Avenue. Depending on whether one is traveling North or South on Piedmont, turn onto East Paces Ferry Road. Go through one stop light at Maple Drive and then turn left onto Buckhead Avenue. There is a library pathfinder sign at this turn. The Library is three blocks up on the left. From WEST of the Branch There isn't any major East/West access to the branch. The closest major street near the Library on the West would be West Paces Ferry Road. While on West Paces Ferry Road cross Peachtree Street, at which point it becomes East Paces Ferry Road. Take the first right onto Bolling Way. Then take the next left onto Buckhead Avenue.
